A Biological Approach To Dental Care...

Addressing issues that affect YOUR health

It is important that you understand exactly the difference between a typical dental practice and ours - a Health Centred Practice- a thought process, an attitude, and a guide for making choices allowing us to provide dentistry, in a less toxic, more individualized, more environmentally friendly way than ever.
In short, it is our approach to dentistry, that promotes health and wellness instead of only treating "dis"ease. We consider how the treatment of the teeth and jaws will affect your immune system and thus overall health and well-being.

The best way to explain this is to categorise you into one of the Three types of patient that would choose to attend our Centres.

  1. You're here because you've heard that this practice ONLY uses bio-compatible treatments. You know you will NOT have mercury or toxic products or treatments placed in your mouth. Instead, you'll be treated with a product that has as minimal effect on your health as possible. As well, you're reassured to know that you'll be given advice and literature to help you increase your well being and reduce the chances of you suffering from any future health and dental problems. This counts for all your family members as well.... especially your children.

"We are BioLogical Dental Care at its Best for the Whole Family"

That’s why we are so pleased to offer our friends and neighbours the kind of dental care we want for ourselves: Dental care that tends to the health of the mouth in relation to the whole person so you and your entire family are not put at risk, after all, their health is your utmost concern.

  2. You've been referred to us by your Medical Practitioner or Health Care Provider to assess your oral health for any systemic links and help discover what's causing you to feel so run down and unwell. For some time now you've been feeling pretty 'off' in the health department. You've been back and forward to your practitioner, tried all sorts of remedies and you still feel toxic, fatigued and unwell. Your practitioner or friends recommend this clinic because it investigates in detail all possible toxins that may be affecting you and will strategise a complete health programme in conjunction with Nutrition Diagnostics to bring you back to health.
  3. You've been referred to us by a friend or family member that has had significant oral and overall health benefits and trust the advice we have given to them. You are looking for high level Mouth-Body Health.

Philosophy of Treatment

Eric Davis Dental in conjunction with Nutrition Diagnostics has a goal to optimise Your Health with education and action through three basic approaches:

  • Minimisation of the daily exposure to new toxins.
  • Optimally safe detoxification of already accumulated toxins.
  • Repair and regeneration of tissues and organ systems already damaged by toxicity by supporting the Body's intended design.

Total Dental RevisionTM (TDR) is the most important intervention for the vast majority of people. For many people, dental toxins represent the greatest daily exposure to toxicity, and daily toxin exposure seems to be the greatest cause and aggravator of nearly all degenerative diseases, especially cancer.
Mercury, incompatible dental metals, cavitations, failed or failing dental implants, periodontal disease/ infection, and infected root canals must all be addressed to reduce systemic risk.

The earliest possible prevention and treatment of Dental Malocclusion must be considered for our children and Establishing proper TMJ function, including correct Cranial Balance of the Head, Neck, and Jaws; and the avoidance of Fluoride is also considered when looking at Total Dental RevisionTM

Many patients can expect little long-term improvement even if they can get their immune systems effectively stimulated, as long as the continuous exposure to unaddressed dental and environmental toxicity continues to compromise and weaken their regulation system on a daily basis.
We are dedicated to getting consistently positive clinical results which do not presently appear to be available anywhere else.

We believe it is no longer acceptable for dentistry to ignore the oral-systemic health relationship, or to simply give lip service to nutrition and dietary advice. Dentists should either give advice in relation to systemic health matters to prevent oral health issues or the reverse, or refer the patient to someone who is aware of this uniquely intertwined relationship.

Important explanation about the connection between dentistry and nutrition and natural medicine

Before electing to undertake such a programme, patients are fully informed and are made aware of any relationships and pecuniary interests existing between Nutrition Diagnostics and Eric Davis Dental.
